(6) Before a gym battle, I can only grind my Pokemon to the same level as my highest level pokemon, then 3 more after that. (5) No items in battle, excluding pokeballs. (3) First catch of each route, excluding dupes and HM slaves. (2) All pokes must be nicknamed (Certain gift Pokemon must be nicknamed at name rater due to a glitch). This is partially blind (hence the title), so if you could please try not to spoil anything it would be much appreciated.
